Child Observation Report
An observation was conducted with Mr. Gallardo and Gabriella, in the evaluator’s office. The child appeared comfortable and relaxed with her father. However, during the observation, the child began shaking each of her legs. This continued intermittently during the observation.

The father begins the discussion by asking about Gabriella about going to the museum with Justine and dad’s girlfriend. The father asked about going to a singing class with Justine. He reported that he was going to sign her up for the class. The classes are held on Fridays, he stated that he was going to ask her mother to take her. Gabriella reported that Jeannette had mentioned the class to her and she had spoken to her about it.

The child needs a passport. She reports her mother doesn’t want her to get a passport until she is 16. The child says her dad wants her to have it now. The father ends the discussion saying “we will go”.

On multipole occasions, the father raises issues, which places the child in the middle of parental disputes. The father does not make direct negative statements about the mother. The father make multiple references to her contact with his significant others children. Two weekends ago, they went fishing. She was sick, felt very nauseous. She went upstairs and it was better.

Jeannette stayed with her while her dad was fishing. The child was not feeling well. She felt better upstairs. The dad reported they had not brought medicine with him. The boat had drain for people.

The father stated that he has spoken to the child about living with him, she shrugs. The father says she talked to Justin about school. The father asks her to discuss her grades in school. The father asks how she gets along with the boys. The dad says they are bossy. She says she deals with it by being bossy. He doesn’t follow upon her

The child says this is the first time she is hearing that Jeanette hurt her. The father says this is the reason she saw the person form child services, I told you that your mother said that Jeanette and I hurt you. I am afraid if you continue to live with your mom, I won’t be able to see you anymore. No one can hurt you. I see the need for the change.

Now do you see what I am saying? The child responded by saying “ok’. The father says he can’t allow the mother to make allegations about him and Jeanette hurting her.

He won’t be able to see her anymore. When concluding this statement, the child says “ok”.

She says she is hearing the mother is lying and dad doesn’t want it to affect me seeing him. The father says “that is pretty much it”. It can’t continue and that is why I want you to live with me. I just can’t see you on weekends and have your mother making this stuff up.

You are loved to death Jeannette, the boys and your mother.
The father says this has nothing to do with you.
The father reiterates he will take her to see her friends.
The father concludes it is there is a lot to take care
