Respect the parent or those in a parenting role as the primary carer and educator of the child because respecting parents and carer will develop a good relationship between the both of you and they will be able to trust you with their child without any doubts. Honour the confidentiality of information relating to the child and their family, unless its disclosure is required by law or is in the best interest of the child because the child and their family information should not be given out by strangers that you have never seen because it could be someone that is going to hurt the child. Showing compassion and sensitivity to a child means everything to them because they will see that you care for them and that they can trust you no matter what. Showing compassion to a child is the most important thing because you will have that symphony for that child because that child could be less fortuned etc, one of the main thing you can show children passion is dong activities with them. Showing sensitivity to a child that is disable or has special needs or a highly sensitive child that was born with a nervous system that is highly aware and quick to react to everything. This makes them quick to grasp subtle changes, prefer to reflect deeply before acting, and generally behave conscientiously. They are also easily overwhelmed by high levels of stimulation, sudden changes, and the emotional distress of others; these are the most important children so they need the compassion and sensitivity.
