Providing the case study connected with the Japanese-Dutch work relations they tend to show the fact that people are affected by the peculiarities of culture and that the knowledge of these peculiarities could help to increase the general efficiency of a company (Ybema & Byun 2009). That is why, resting on these assumptions, it is possible to outline the fact that the emphasize on the cultural aspect of human relations, made by the alternative perspectives of management, could have the great effect on the company. Moreover, as against the traditional approach, it provides various ways how to achieve the needed balance and use the culture of workers.
