One of the problems that I noticed that KPMG faced is the lack of sufficient space for all employees in the company. Where KPMG is located on the fourth and fifth floor of HSBC Bank, only two floors for more than 100 employees are considered inadequate, and that is what we were experiencing as trainees and we noticed that some staff was suffering from this. There are no offices dedicated to each employee and there is no privacy at work, and I think privacy is required because staff spend long hours in their offices. It would be better if the company's location was changed to another location so that it was broader and more efficient for all employees. The limited number of tables and chairs is bad and the employees will not feel that they can do the required work if …show more content…
Trainees are forced to stand outside until the authorized employees' passes to use their own access card. The same is true for the card used by the staff to print the papers that necessary for their work. The trainees were not given a card to print the papers that they needed, so they had to use other employee's cards. This of course bothers some staff and causes them harassment for their own reasons. It would be good if the trainees were given attention and given some authority to use the company attachments without the need for other staff. Furthermore, training helps students to recognize the nature of the workplace. Training is an introduction to work after graduation, and if the institution paid attention to trainees, this gives a good impression to students about the nature of the people who can deal with them in the future.
