The client does not want to disclose the information and wants to keep their involvement confidential. He should make his decision according to the PR expert's point of view instead of making his own decision. It is also an ethical issue if we go against our client’s wish as we might lose our business by disclosing the information. Internal Factors
One of the internal factors would be the company. It is a company’s duty to follow the Rules & Regulations, Code of Ethics, policies and also the procedures in order to protect and maintain the company’s image. As for the stakeholders to the company, the PR professionals’ obligation to them is to make sure the company financial status is fine and profiting. Our own policies would be another internal factor. It is our policy to be ethical in our job as a PR Professional by having the Code of Ethics in mind. External Factors
One of the external factors would be the Law, as a PR practitioner our duty is to uphold the law and abide every bylaw there is. So according to the law we're supposed to release information about any information that would ruin the purpose of the group.
