In this often volatile and dynamic environment, human capital is unarguably the most sustainable source of competitive differentiation and value creation, so, it is clear that the role HR in talent management becomes more important than ever. however, to perform thus role, HR will need to utilize tools and resources that enable it to get real insights .At WNS, they dive deeper into strategic goals in order to perform better talent management activities .the various aspects the company takes into account for better management of talent broadly are:-
1) Aligning with the current trends in field of HR.
2) Innovating and implementing new strategies for talent management.

A continuous development and innovation of new strategies becomes important for any organization in order to get a picture of what is to be done immediately in to grab the upcoming opportunities also, it the management to emphasize and concentrate on the opportunities and priorities and then align them with the strategies of various departments to achieve unachievable goals in the competitive environment. in order to retain its experienced professionals in the midst of growing demand for trained employees, WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd. has opted for a competency-based framework for selection and promotion of its key personnel.
The Competency Based Framework:-
The company has around 3500 people onboard working in its almost every business location like in:- Pune, Mumbai, Nasik, Gurgaon etc. There are at least 700 people /employees, put on this program which target customer service associates and includes service delivery managers as well. The programme is performance-driven and puts in place a scientific process which matches employees knowledge, skills and attributes with the role requirements.
