On the other side, another passenger, Steven of Bury presented a positive view about AliAir flight. He says that during the flight he was offered excellent meal and regular drinks. He was given metal knives and forks. There were restrooms which were very cozy and comfortable. So he had a very nice journey at a cheap price.
From the feedback given by these two passengers of AliAir, we can comment that sometimes errors do happen but that doesn’t mean that the airline is not offering good service, it just needs to work on the complaints submitted by few of its passengers.
