I do not believe one can accurately sort individuals into these two categories alone, and fortunately the Careerfitter Career Test seemed to avoid this folly. In regards to myself, on a personal level I am empathetic and sociable, I relate to others with ease and take joy in being part of a team. I enjoy joking with my coworkers, I love meeting new people. But within or without the workplace, when faced with an issue, I am wholly pragmatic. I rely on objectivity and careful consideration to analyze and realize a solution to a problem. I derive great pleasure from seeing projects to their conclusion guided by the hand of reason, executed with thoughtful planning, and a structured process.
