Capsim Executive Summary
Our mission is still unchanged, but our business environment has been changing such as :-
(1) NMC sales in Indonesia decreased since FY2014 and it is not expected to increase drastically for coming couple of years.
(2) Under this difficult business environment we need new challenges for sustainable growth. Especially it is very much important for us to diversify our asset portfolio by increasing non-Yamaha businesses.
(3) In addition, to take up new financing products such as Private-Pawn House with fiducia scheme, FinTech Lending, Micro Financing, Venture-Capital, etc is also a key for the future success.

In order to challenge above new initiatives, we would like to use some of new but simple words which drive our staff to the company direction.
