Business Plan Assignment 3

Company Product and Services –
Respass’ Authentic Caribbean Market and Restaurant will be a customer service based organization which would provide customers with fresh as well as preserved Caribbean snacks, meals and drinks. The key to having the Caribbean market is to include customers who prefer to cook and enjoy dishes at home rather than eat out at a restaurant. However, my dishes will be of high taste.
The benefits to my customers is that they would be able to afford the prices of my products and they will no longer have to be wishing that there was a local Caribbean restaurant, where they could pick up a quick tasty meal regardless of which meal of the day it is.
What would make my business unique is the high demand yet lack of competition in the local area.
All products would have to be imported internationally to maintain the authenticity of my products.
Even though customers will be willing to pay high prices for products because of the lack thereof, my goal is to maintain affordable prices as my service is going to be more customer than profit based.
There will be peak times for the restaurant portion of my business which would be summer time when most tourists visit the island of Oahu.
Location and Layout
The location of Respass’ Authentic Caribbean Market and Restaurant would be central to the four major military installation on the island of Oahu, since this is the reason for the activity on the island from the majority of visitors from the mainland. Traffic would be an issue during breakfast hours. However, during breakfast and lunch customers would have easy access to the business. The business should be located in an
