Dear Miss Love:

Subject: Your December 28 Letter About Your Purchase of Griffin Power Duo iPhone Charger

You should receive the white Griffin Power Duo iPhone Charger by January 6. Also I have credited your account with the return shipping fee $11.98.

I am so sorry that you received the wrong color of the iPhone Charger. I understand that you desired a white charger and received a black one instead. After verifying the order within our system, it was determined that an order was placed on December 21 for a black Griffin Power Duo iPhone Charger. However, I am reminded that our company had hired two new employees who started receiving telephone orders around December 21. Therefore, I think that they either did not hear clearly or possibly took down incorrect color. As the result of the error, I have already implemented further training of telephone personally. I can promise that the specifics of all future purchase orders will be confirmed determinately.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, Miss Ho. Although our company has earned a reputation as a premier manufacturer of electronic products, we still cannot continue to do correct item business without loyal customers like you. Over the years, the support of your customers has made us successful, and we hope with that this prompt delivery of your new iPhone Charger, we will continue to have your patronage. Also please take a look at the enclosed catalogue of our newest electronic products. I am looking forward to supplying you any necessary details about our products, so do not hesitate to contact me with any further

There are clearly more questions than answers right now about what has caused Apple’s iPhone 4 woes -in particular, the phone’s antenna design and the company’s struggle with supply and demand. Apple recently released the fourth generation iPhone with a design flaw in the antenna that substantially degrades the reception when held in the palm of your hand. This, in turn, has created the problems the company has had with meeting the needs of the consumer, as well as with the future launch of the white version of the iPhone 4. Rumor mill says the white phone’s manufacturing delays are a direct result of Apple’s covert attempt to correct the antenna design issue prior to its release. The iPhone 4 is currently experiencing longer wait times, as new customers are waiting an average of three weeks for delivery of their new device. This has been an ongoing issue since the first day of preorders, when the company sold 600,000 phones and had to suspend sales. Apple has continued to struggle to keep pace with the consumer’s high demand of this product, however, there is no official word from the company about the supply shortages and its efforts at narrowing them. In this chapter, the process analysis will be examined as it relates to these two issues.…

Although having unhealthy food is quite valuable for many students, we should propose something that would benefit the school and the students. I recommend we start replacing unhealthy food like chips and soda pop with more nourishing food like yogurt or fruit juice. This would not only help having healthier food but also persuade students to eat healthy. Another way we can start the process of healthy food is through using the power of posters in which we can advertise about all the advantages of keeping a healthy yet effective food diet. If us grade nine students start eating healthier this would make us great role models for the younger students who would also want to eat food high in nutrients. By applying these methods the grade nine students will still be able to attend there adventure camp in spring every year and also exercise the benefits of eating much healthier.…
