“Should Hotel Xyz open their new hotel in New Delhi to increase their revenue?”

Executive Summary:
The management of Hotel Xyz is planning to expand to increase their revenue, seeing the huge demand for hospitality business. I think my layout can help the companies planning about expansion, “Should Hotel Xyz open their new hotel in Noida to increase their revenue?”
At the onset, research proposal is based on the good reasoned theory, theoretical framework and methodology firm can use. It has also mentioned the difficulties that firm can face with their solution. Background information about the firm is mentioned which can guide the question.
Primary and Secondary research both are included in Discussion and Analysis. Primary research comprises with the interview of manager Mr. Yqq Shukla and chartered Accounted Mr Vijay Pillay and marketing manager Mr Ravi Kumar Secondary research consists of Yearly financial report and some websites. The tools used to classify both financial and non-financial techniques comprise of Lewin’s force field analysis, Ansoff matrix, Investment Appraisal and Average rate of Return (ARR).
I would say that if Hotel Xyz opens its new branch in New Delhi they will get a better brand name; better customer’s base which will generate more revenue and profit as ARR and Payback Period are favorable.
