We provided detailed advice and design development for all building and development projects. We have extensive experience in the building and development industry, with Mr S O’Connor having managed building and development companies for over 10 years.
We bring a unique prospective to the certification elements of buildings and have a proven track record of providing customised solutions that are both cost effective for our clients and maintain compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Currently we have a staff of four, with the managing director directly overseeing all projects and client accounts. As the basis of our business would be providing services to the construction industry within Brisbane, we would look at securing a business location within easy access to multiple potential client headquarters. Newstead at the lower end of Fortitude Valley on the fridge of the Brisbane CBD provides an ideal location due the large number of construction companies based within a 10km radius. It also allows easy access to the Brisbane City Council headquarters at Green Square in the CBD.
Newstead currently has competitive rental rates, compared to a CDB office space, and provides low rise, medium density commercial space with sufficient car parking for staff and clients.

Urban Projections will be solely owned by the UP Trust which Mr S O’Connor, is the sole trustee. Mr A Long has a financial interest in the company but is removed from any management or legal responsibilities. In this way the company is protected if for some reason Mr S O’Connor was to lose QBSA endorsement, Mr A Long would transition to the sole trustee of UP Trust and the company could continue to operate under his QBSA endorsement.
