Employment Relationship
The type of labor relation I would establish between the Coffee Shop and its employees would have to be in accordance with the Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration. It is essential to create this relationship by informing the employees that the coffee shop works in accordance with the laws and regulations given by the Department of Labor. At times, education is essential on the staffing process. I will therefore, insist on employees who are well trained and qualified. I will also consider hiring employees who will train as they work like the coffee servers. When the economy is poor, there tend to be a larger number of potential employees. I will take time to find the right people. The government can also affect my hiring procedure. I will ensure that I follow the policies set to avoid consequences. Public opinion plays a vital role. I will make sure that my coffee shop stands tall to be recognized by many people so that I can be able to attract potential …show more content…
He should be able to direct the entire coffee shop business, which will include supervising all employees, making sure the shop meets excellent and food service regulatory requirements, and making sure customers are provided with outstanding service.
Education
He should be a holder of a high school diploma or GED, and willing to continue education to receive a connecting degree in hospitality, restaurant management or business administration.
Qualifications
He should have ability to handle several priorities with a strong leadership and motivational skills, and excellent customer service skills. He should be acquainted with basic computer skills in order to maintain required financial and management reports.
Coffee servers
Job Description

His or her primary duty is to provide good customer service, take orders and deliver food. Servers are expected to answer questions regarding the menu. They should be able to work closely with other wait staff and the kitchen to make sure the restaurant is functions efficiently. The additional duties are processing payment, greeting customers, cleaning tables and dining area and setting
