Building Nine: A Narrative Report
At approximately 1126 on August 26, 2017 I Officer Alamo while conducting vehicle patrol discovers a door open on Building nine. I parked my vehicle in front of the Building when I observed an individual later Known as Jeffrey M. Gosselin exiting the building front door that connects with the VA complex outer hallways.
I approached Mr. Gosselin and asked him what he was doing inside the building? Mr. Gosselin responded and state that he was walking by Building nine when he saw a door open he enter the building to look if there were anybody inside, when he noticed that there was no ones in the building he immediately exited out of the door. MR. Gosselin had nothing on his hands other than his cell phone when he exited the building.
