Benefits of nuclear technology
TECHNOLOGY CREATES VERY LESS PROBLEMS- DEBATE
“ANY SUFICIENTLLY ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY IS INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM MAGIC” SAID SIR ARTHUR C.CLARKE.YES IT IS TRUE MY FRIENDS.IF TECHNOLOGY WE USE IS ABSOLUTELY ADVANCED AND SUFFICIENT THEN IT FEELS IKE IT IS MAGIC.FOR EXAMPLE INTERNET.INTERNET-A FAST TECHNOLOGY IN WHICH A PERSON CAN DO ANYTHING SITTING IN ANY PLACE OF THE WORLD.THEY CAN AT ANY TIME SEARCH FOR INFORMATION ON ANYTHING. WHEN WE SAY ABOUT TECHNOLOGY WE AT FIRST THINK OF CELL PHONES OR MICROWAVES OR CAMERAS ETC. HOW DOES CELL PHON HELP US? AS ALL OF US KNOW IT HELPS US TO CALL OTHERS. IT HELPS UA KEEP IN TOUCH WITH EACH OTHER. WE CAN CALL THE PEOPLE WE WANT TO TALK TO AT ANY TIME.WE CAN ALSO GIVE/DELIVER URGENT MESSAGES WITH ITS HELP. NOW, WHAT ARE CAMERS USED FOR? CAMERAS ARE USED FOR CAPTURING MOMENTS OF OUR LIFE WHICH ARE SO BREATH TAKING THE IT IS CAPTURED TO BE REMEMBERED.

Benefits of Robots

The first industrial robot was introduced to the U.S. in the 1960s, since then their technology has improved immensely creating many advantages of robots. The advancement of robotics has also caused robots to become more widespread across various industries ranging from manufacturing to health care. Many benefits of robots seem to be most noticeable in productivity, safety, and in saving time and money.
Productivity
Robots produce more accurate and high quality work
Robots rarely make mistakes and are more precise than human workers
They can produce a greater quantity in a short amount of time
They can work at a constant speed with no breaks, days off, or holiday time
They can perform applications with more repeatability than humans
Safety
Robots save workers from performing dangerous tasks
They can work in hazardous conditions, such as poor lighting, toxic chemicals, or tight spaces
They are capable of lifting heavy loads without injury or tiring
Robots increase worker safety by preventing accidents since humans are not performing

Nuclear power is produced through the use of nuclear reactions to produce nuclear energy that can then be harnessed to generate heat and create superheated steam to drive turbines. The most common nuclear reaction is that of nuclear fission, which is the splitting of an atom’s nucleus into smaller nuclei. Nuclear reactions are incredibly energy dense and thus allow nuclear reactors to make a tremendous amount of electricity. There are only 61 nuclear power plants in the United States, but they account for 19 percent of the entire country’s electricity production. [8][14] There are 7,304 total power plants in the United States, so nuclear plants on average produce over twenty-eight times as much energy as another plant in the U.S.…

Recently, a client of mine bought real estate near Donald C. Cook Nuclear Generating Station, which is in Bridgman Michigan. Although, the property is six miles north of the nuclear power plant, the buyer decided that it was not an issue and bought the place. The property sits in a beautiful wooded area overlooking Lake Michigan with a cozy ranch, mile long driveway, and old hardwood trees. One would never notice there is a nuclear power plant down the street when sitting by the pond skipping stones across a quiet serene boutique farm and vineyard. This property also sits in Cook 's emergency zone located on an evacuation map on their website. Taking a look at the brochure and website of Cook 's nuclear station, one would be amazed to see all the precautionary steps taken to protect the nuclear reactor that is enclosed in a 3 ½ ft thick concrete wall reinforced with three layers of steel rebar in a reactor house that is heavily guarded by security personal with guns www.cookinfo.com). The brochure even includes an explanation of the not so foreseeable disaster if a plane crashed into the reactor house and how there is “very few combustible material to fuel a fire” (www.cookinfo.com). Nonetheless, it is a nuclear power plant, but what are the pros and cons of using them to power the nation? Is there better energy sources out there like the sun or water? What about the locations of nuclear plants?…

In today's world where technology and advancements has flourished, majority comes to one main source to run on… Energy. There is several alternative methods on producing energy, some more efficient or safer than others. The most common and traditional source of energy in today's world is coal power, but other alternatives do exist such as that of natural gas, solar, wind, hydroelectric and nuclear energy. Nuclear energy is the 3rd most common source of our energy. Nuclear energy was first introduced in 1954 in Russia with the first power plant. Nuclear energy provides about 20% of today's electricity and does provide a substantial amount of energy, but does provide threats of radioactivity.…

Nuclear energy leads to an unsafe, unstable and unclean environment. The producing of nuclear energy can lead to both good and bad things, but two thing that come with producing nuclear energy are the high dangers and expenses. Many risks and high dangers of producing nuclear energy are any where from health issues to major meltdowns of nuclear plants. Expenses of nuclear energy plants are very expensive to build and to sustain them through the years. Renewable energy is a safer option for the environment and the economy, with no chances of major melt downs and expenses.…

Nuclear energy is one of the hottest topics in the fight to a cleaner world. The number of people who believe that nuclear energy is too dangerous and unhealthy for the earth has skyrocketed because of the nuclear accidents that have happened in the past and recently. These protesters may have a lot of evidence and theories about how bad this type of energy can be, but the people who have realized that nuclear energy is the way to a cleaner and more “Green” society have proof and facts that overrule anything that the protesters say.…

Nuclear power uses unstable elements like uranium. Uranium is constantly going through a process called nuclear decay, which means the atom is splitting apart over a period of time, measured in half-lives. This is why it is the element of choice for nuclear power plants. Uranium is special because it can go through what is called induced fission. Induced fission is when a free neutron is fired at an atom (like uranium). The atom will absorb the neutron, and immediately becomes unstable and splits apart. When the uranium atom splits, it will split into two separate atoms and expels two or three neutrons depending on how the atom splits. A single uranium atom, when going through induced fission, will release about 200 MeV (million electron volts). The atoms contained in one pound of uranium release as much energy as burning 1,000,000 gallons of gas. There are pros and cons of nuclear power, but is nuclear energy worth the risks?…
