The study aims to understand and explained on the Beliefs and Attitude of the select 4th year High School of san Agustin Institute of Technology towards Filipino subject. This study is base in terms of demographic factor, Teachers Factor and School Factors that contribute to the Beliefs and Attitude of the students towards Filipino subject. Based on the analysis and interpretation from the data gathered, the following findings were drawn. The different factors such as demographic, Teacher and School Factors have great contribution and effect to the beliefs and attitude students towards Filipino subject. The good that factors being installed in them, the best the result they acquired. In view of the analysis of the findings, the following contains were drawn. That the teacher competence in teaching Filipino subject with the overall mean of (4.15) percent or 0.77 SD. With the description of agree. And the teaching tools in teaching Filipino subject overall mean of (4.20) percent or 0.84 SD with the description of strongly agree. The perception of the respondents on the school facilities in terms of the reference books with the overall mean of (3.90) percent and 0.87 SD and the description means are agreed. The perception of the respondents on the school facilities in terms of classroom management with the overall mean of (4.20) percent or 0.88 SD and strongly agree. And the beliefs of the students towards Filipino subject have (3.78) percent or 0.72 SD with the description of agree. And the attitudes of the students towards Filipino subject with the overall mean of (2.86) percent or 0.94 SD with the description of undecided in terms of the attitudes of the students in the Filipino subject.
