I. Introduction
Most of university students experience stress that change their physical and affect their health which eventually cause from several factors such as failing to manage time wisely, practicing unhealthy lifestyle and having conflicts with their colleagues as well as roommates. (Thesis Statement)

II. Body Paragraph
A. Some researchers have examined the relation between stress and university student and found that stress give negative effects to their physical and mental conditions.
1. The major consequence of stress that usually influences a person life is physical condition.
a. Damage to the internal body structure and even have an effect on the immune system. (Women Health Magazine n.d.).
b. The digestive system cause problematic and also difficult for female university student to conceive after marry. (Women Health Magazine n.d.).
c. Can cause the student from suffering migraine, high blood pressure and so on. (Women Health Magazine n.d.).

2. Another effect of stress is due to emotional disorder and long-term stress.
a. Stress causes emotional damage that is compound by physical illness.
b. It can make the student mental health been effected and unable to handle with even the smallest pressure and problem on their daily life.
c. Sometimes stress can be suffer in the long-term and at the same time can effect their mental such as anxiety, eating disorder, depression and so on.

B. One of the reasons that university student experience stress is failing to manage time wisely.
1. Students tend to procrastinate their work.
a. Students like to do their work and assignment at the last minute which cause the assignment become bigger and bigger. b. Students prefer to sleep late at night especially male university student who have addicted with computer games which result them to neglect their work and assignment.
2. Students do not plan and create their own schedule very well.
