1. Introduction
In the context of economic globalization, human capitals occupied most of current human resource management systems. Human capital accumulation and increase on economic growth and social development is more important than the contribution of physical capital and the increase of labor amount. Based on multinational corporations’ strong competitiveness, In order to improve the competitive power and adaptive faculty, many companies have been seeking the effective way to raise the performances and to improve Production efficiency. Encourage employees’ enthusiasm and initiative in administration work is one of them important changing plans. They have carried out some motivating measures like receiving praise and recognition, but most of the companies reports were subsequently shown to be unsatisfactory. Consequently, this text has an in-depth study in the material and non-material incentives model of employees based on motivation theory.

2. The failure reason to motivate employees
2.1 The reason from Frederick Herzberg 's two factor theory
Mrs. KO is one of the employees at a dot-com company in California. To be effective motivators, her company made some conceited rewards program such as excellent staff can receive a “U Done Good” badge and a T-shirt as a means of annual recognition. Once an employee
