This means delivering products of the highest quality at all times. It is also essential that the focus be directed at actively promoting the scope of the products and services on offer. We create design based on client requirement and always conscious about latest fashion and designs.
Additionally, we designed fashionable batiks that are sure to bring comfort, confidence and creativity to both professional and personal attire. Commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to details and most importantly impeccable craftsmanship make the solid foundation of our establishment.

The price of a service is the amount of money charged to customers in order to obtain the service. Pricing strategy is the process of determining the value of products or services developed by the company.
In carrying our business services as Star Tailor Sdn Bhd , we sell our products and services at reasonable price. By knowing our corporate customers demands, we would provide a good price with high quality tailoring services. This is important to us to ensure that our customers are satisfied and will continue to use our services in the future. In order to fix a price for a product, we have chosen to use cost-based pricing strategy. This is because in a business, there are a lot of unforeseen circumstances which cannot be predicted. Below is Price of batik offered by our company:-
Men Batik/Silk garments 1000 pieces at RM 250 to RM 400 per piece Women Baju Kurung 1000 pieces at RM 300.00 to RM 600.00 per piece
2.4.5 DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY
Distribution strategy is very important in every business. It is to ensure that the completed batiks cloths reaches and fits the clients on time. Our distribution strategy is direct to clients branches. For examples, currently we send batiks directly to all Jaya Jusco Store branches over the country, that is there are no middlemen involved between Jaya Jusco Store and Star Tailor Sdn Bhd.
2.4 STRATEGIC ALLIANCES
Stars Tailor Sdn Bhd plan to join the MARA vendor programs. This organization are dedicated to promoting local business within our community and sponsor several events downtown each year. As a member of this vendor programs, Star Tailor Sdn Bhd will gain exposure and make business contact.
