Statement of the problem
Lakers bar and grill aims to offer its product and services at a competitive price to meet the demand of the middle-to higher-income local market area residents and tourists. This study wants to find out the feasibility of establishing a bar and restaurant and to answer some problems in management functional areas.
Marketing Aspect a. How many market shares are targeted to achieve? b. What are the pricing techniques that can be used? c. How many is the demand and supply for the product of this business? d. Who are the targeted markets? e. What will be the industry profile in order to analyze the strength, weaknesses, threat, opportunities
Production and operational aspect a. What are the schedules of the operation of this business? b. What is the estimate time in building this business? c. What will be the equipment, fixtures and machineries needed to this business? d. What are the government requirements and regulations for food processing? e. What are the maximum sales of production?
Organization and Management aspect a. What are the roles and responsibilities of each personnel? b. What are the different strategies were going to use in order to cope up with the competition? c. What are the flows of authority and manpower level requirement? d. What benefits should be given to investors? e. How much salary should be given in every employee? f. What is the allowances and incentives that employee may received for this company?
Financial Aspect a. How much will be the total cost of this project? b. How much profit was going to earn for this kind of business? c. How much debt will be encounter? d. How much capital will be spending for this business? e. How long it will take to recover the installed primary capital?
