It is not said that these social services are bad or anything unethical but it is bad when these kids spend long time on these social services and not getting any kind of education or schooling. If they give one or less hour in one day in these things they can of course learn many things from it but their first and foremost thing would absolutely always be studying and getting education on the first priority. The parents are also seemed to be quite arrogant and ignorance type when it comes to taking care of their child. Some those who cannot provide money for their children's school should obviously seek the governmental help to assist them in order to make their children educated in a proper way as it can be done.
