Nobodies Thinking about how tough they are really going to have too crack down on the weapon that's hurting you the most. Giving some examples will help you understand me even better. The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is good guy with a gun. Says a source that I'll give at the end of my paper . And that is indeed true. I highly believe that those who mean well and that are true believers in doing what's right, they'll stand up to gun violence. Meaning this also with these organizations such as crime stoppers. I see this so much in various places, but little help when a crime takes place. There should be more meetings in how to improve cities all over who have this program. And for the people who stand up against the bad habits of others.
Not saying to go out and be a hero. But to think smart make plans on how to improve a community, one by one.
To do just this I believe we should start with our youth. So many crimes, come from our youth and bad parenting. Starting with the youth could be simple things such as. Feeding them positive examples in daily basis. All good things can start from within the home and that can change a great deal of thoughts in a child's mind. And the more good things you tell your children.

In (JTATG) there are three sentences that stand out at the beginning and they are “The president wants still tougher gun control legislation and thinks it will work” ( Wilson). “ The public supports more gun control laws but suspects they will not work” (Wilson). “The public Is right” (Wilson). In the article it states that there are around 200 million firearms in private ownership and that around one-third of them are handguns.] For example, while it is true that the number of shooting rampages has increased in recent years, the rate of violent crimes and homicides for both Blacks and Whites (including those committed with firearms) has decreased significantly over the same period, despite the tremendous increase in the number of firearms in the U.S., according to both the FBI Uniform Crime Reports and the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics (Miguel A. “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore, send the homeless tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door.” Reference? America has long been the land of freedom and hope to the world, and the American military is what has kept her that way. People have forgotten how important and valuable the military is to the world that we live in. As part of the Budget Control Act of 2011, automatic sequestration calls for $1.2 trillion in lowered federal spending, with 50% coming from defense and 50% coming from non-defense budgets. If Congress cannot reach an agreement, these cuts will reduce the Department of Defense spending by about $55 billion dollars. On September 11, 2001, the United States faced a difficult time in which 3,000 lives were lost due to an attack upon the U.S. by terrorists who hijacked airplanes and crashed them into the Twin Towers in New York City, the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, and the United States Pennsylvania! That day, 9/11, has become a day in which we remember the lives that were lost and the families who were affected by such a tragedy. We called on our military once again, and they were there to protect our country. I am against automatic sequestration towards the military and military programs for many reasons.…

This enacted a long series of measures trying to stop the spread of increasingly destructive firearms in gang violence.” The guns aren't bad, it's just the people who chooses to do bad with the firearm. America is basically the bad person with the gun, slaving everyone else on the land, by making laws and having millions of dollars. Gun laws need to be changed so that it is difficult to obtain guns and a person owning an illegal firearm will find himself with a stiff prison sentence even as a first-time offender; the law should benefit every race & not just one.…

The Fourth Amendment protects citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures; however, it does not guarantee against all searches and seizures if there is reasonable doubt. Searches are determined on two important interests. The first is the intrusion on the individual’s Fourth Amendment Rights; the second includes legitimate government interests such as national security. What constitutes a reasonable suspicion? Where must a public official draw the line? How should one address any “gray area” that might arise?…

Due to the financial crisis there have been many changes made to government programs to reduce costs and help with debt. Many of these cuts are happening statewide, in America’s public schools. The first programs that are being cut are the art programs, and the excuse is that the core classes are more important. The argument is that children need to be more focused on test scores in Math, Science, English and History. It is unfair to single out art classes, there should be a more even spread of budget cuts, not just the sole elimination of the arts. There are parents who are indifferent with the arts and they are unfazed by their removal from elementary public schools. What many of these parents do not recognize is that there are actually benefits of the arts that help with core subjects. Some benefits are strengthening problem solving skills, stimulating critical thinking and helping developmental growth. There is also a duel component that shows that there is a direct correlation between SAT test scores and art programs in schools, as well as higher participation and attendance. It has also been shown that the arts can help boost the economy.…
