Gun Control is a broad term that covers any sort of restriction on what kind of firearms can be sold and bought, who can possess or sell them, where and how they can be stored or carried, what duties a seller has to vet a buyer, and what obligations both the buyer and the seller have to report transactions to the government.
This law is basically made for white American men, like most laws are.
According to Gunsfreedom.com, “The Federal government started its gun control policies in response to the waging wars of the gangs in 1934 with the National Firearms Act of 1934. This enacted a long series of measures trying to stop the spread of increasingly destructive firearms in gang violence.”
The guns aren't bad, it's just the people who chooses to do bad with the firearm. America is basically the bad person with the gun, slaving everyone else on the land, by making laws and having millions of dollars.
Gun laws need to be changed so that it is difficult to obtain guns and a person owning an illegal firearm will find himself with a stiff prison sentence even as a first-time offender; the law should benefit every race & not just one.

Why does the US Constitution guarantee a right “to keep and bear arms”? Why not the right to vote, the right to a quality education, health care, a clean environment or a job? What was so important in early America about the right of citizens to have guns?
