Cognitive Resource Theory

At the point when leader are better at arranging and basic leadership, all together for their plans and choices to be executed, they have to instruct individuals, instead of expectation they concur with them. Cognitive Resource Theory stipulates that a leader makes decisions that his or her juniors follow because they believe in their capabilities. For example, in a healthcare facility, a leader can authorize his juniors on how to reduce surgery-related infections because he has the necessary experience in that field and his staff believes in him.
Conclusion
There are many leadership theories, but Cognitive Resource Theory remains my best choice. The approach looks at the relationship between employers and employees and how the former guides the latter in decision-making processes. The theory also looks at how stress can influence decision making and gives a solution if such cases arise.
