Analysis Of Why Red Chief Won 'T Run Away'
With all the evidence from the book and the movie that Red Chief won’t run away to get Bill and Sam for revenge. As seen in the movie, Red Chief's father Ebenezer Dorson, sent a letter to Bill and Sam replaying to their ransom. The letter state that he Ebenezer Dorson will take RC off of their hands so they don’t have to deal with him anymore. If he sticks by his word then RC will stay away from Bill and Sam agreement. So Taking RC off their hands means not letting him go after then so he cannot run away. Another reason RC won’t run away is because he’s a kid and does not know where to find them and he can even drive a car. Also at the age RC is at he’ll forget about it in a week. So after a week Bill and Sam won’t have to worry about RC
