I believe that six hour workdays,would never work in the United States for the simple fact most people get paid by the hour. Six hours a day just isnt enough income if you get paid hourly but on the other hand if you got paid salaury an you only work six hours a day that would be a different story cause you'd be getting paid by the day. That is the only way i could see six hours a day working in the United States. How i see things people that work eigth hour shifts only work maybe six straight hours. On a normal day so imagine working six hours a day? You'd hardly get anything accomplished because you have to take into consideration most place have a thirty
