A big portion of the candidates were former colleagues and supervisors, people that know my work style, my values, ethics and what I believe in and stand for. I chose to send them the 360 Reach survey because they would be able to provide me important feedback in a professional level. This feedback will help me know how I am perceived in the work place and the attributes the employees and employer see in me. I like to solve and understand the problems and what cause the problem in order to solve it and learn from it. I look at the big picture and visualize myself once my goals or tasks have been accomplished.
When it comes to Brand Personas there were only three responses that were the same from my self-profiler survey and the responders’. Those are rock, confidence-emitter and expert, for the rest of my answers I have evangelist, giver, smiler, optimist, sophisticate, and caregiver. The responders gave me truth-teller, self-started, driver, athlete, mover, judge, and competitor. I have all of those attributes however I see myself more like a caregiver, I become an expert in what I do by doing so, I am able to assist others if they need my
