Introduction This psychological case study is all about client/student having bad conscious mind. The approach to this client’s evaluation is within the domain of counseling. Through the used of effective counseling to the erring client, there must be a successful result as much as the client find the best solution to his/her problem. The solution must perceive a positive result. Through the help of guidance counselor, positive result must perceive by the client because they are the one who are capable for guidance and counseling. In the case to this client, guidance counselor helps and encourages the client to change her bad conscious mind and bad attitudes.

Background Dona Jason is one of the two daughters of my uncle. She was in first year high school when she started to become a bad girl. Because of that matter she was referred to the guidance office for counseling.

Description of the Case Dona comes from a big family of my uncle having six children of which she is the third of them but the first daughter of the family. She is intelligent and one of the best student in the classroom. She is also a friendly girl who always go around and having fun with her friends.
In spite of this, she exhibited a bad conscious mind. She always thinks that it is very too hard for her to continue her study because of having a big family and financial problem. She was so depressed of thinking too much that they are one of the poor families in the world. She always compares herself to her friends because of not having what her friends had. Her father is big man and was addicted to any kind of small gambling like “mahjong”, “tong its”, etc. He is also an alcoholic drunker and an addicted smoker. Dona always saw the fighting of her parents because of her father’s attitude. Because of that, she became more curious of what is happening and for a lot of things. As a result, Dona decided to stay for a longtime with her classmate without informing her parents. She had
