How we came to be…
CMTC International Marketing Corporation did not just come to being by the mere establishment of capitalization. Its roots are traced to its core competence of playing, hurdling and surviving obstacles posed by the presence of long-time players, and by the prevalence of ever –stiff competition in the appliance industry. From its start up stage, CMTC’s competence is constantly nourished by the institutionalization of its organizational capability, skilled people, in a continuous commitment towards customer satisfaction and drive for product innovation. In 1992, its predecessor company marked a niche in the appliance industry when it delighted the appliance market through its posting of a continuous record high-level and high-volume importation and distribution of MAGIC CHEF brand of washing machines. Along these times, its product innovativeness has pursued the introduction and reception of other brands such as the MAYTAG USA’s washing machines, which in likeness of MAGIC CHEF brand were high-hit in the appliance market. Soon enough, CMTC International Marketing Corporation earned not just the accolade of its loyal customer base who increasingly patronize its product but its parent company, MAYTAG international USA itself, when the latter entered an exclusive Distributorship Agreement with the former. This Distributorship Agreement opened and beefed up more room for voluminous distribution of MAYTAG’s varied line of appliances such as dryers, side-by-side refrigerators, top-mount refrigerators, gas ranges, microwave ovens, range hoods, rice cookers and built in stoves.
Come 1995, CMTC International Marketing Corporation was, out of its clear showing of organizational capability and technical know-how and considering its enjoyment of increasing customer patronage and continuous product improvement, formally institutionalized and registered as a business unit. This development further bolstered its organizational pursuit for market excellence.
The year of 1999 proved to be both promising and rewarding for CMTC International Marketing Corporation . This is the year when CMTC International Marketing Corporation formally launched in the market its AMERICAN HOME appliance brand. Touted to be CMTC’s flagship brand. The brand turned out to be such a success, it was continuously and constantly patronized due to customer satisfaction and product innovation. By these time, CMTC’s product line –up is already of varied volume and brands. The current product lines of MAYTAG and MAGIC CHEF brands are now beefed up by AMERICAN HOME with it’s line of high quality dryers, side-by-side refrigerators, top-mount refrigerators, gas ranges, electric ranges, microwave ovens and rice cookers. To further boost the company’s continuing growth, it introduced it’s high end line of gas and electric ranges, cooktops, built-in stoves and range hoods from Italy under the PROFILINE brand.
