Thank you for bringing this case to our attention. I had an opportunity to review this case with our Triage RN. Patient was referred to ED due to patient’s age (85 y/o)‚ history (long snapshot of chronic medical conditions) and symptoms (unresolved cough x 1 month‚ weakness‚ low blood pressure).
