June 29, 2015 Final Essay A foundational belief for all Christians is how we serve a God that loves His children unconditionally and has been approachable and involved in our lives and His creation. Throughout this essay I will approach the theology of creation, explain how God is actively involved throughout it all, and how His doctrine will impact whatever career path I chose to follow after college. In Genesis 1:1 we see the verse that tells us, “God created the Heavens and the Earth.” This shows the believers that God is the creator of all things. God is proud of everything that He has created and wants these creations to be a follower of Him and to multiply the Earth. Psalms 104:31 are one of my favorite verses, “May the Lord rejoice in His works” because I like to remind myself that He takes in pride in what He creates, and He created me and every one else with so much love. This verse is a good reminder of how God rejoices in all His creation. In Ephesians 2:10 we see that man was created in the image of God for a purpose, “for good works, which God prepared ahead of time, so that we should walk in them.” God has always been involved in His creations and in our lives.
I find it amazing to know that the God I serve is real, and approachable at any time of the day for countless reasons that I may need him. There is an overwhelming sense of comfort that over comes me once I am finished praying or complete a devotional. My God is always there for love, support and comfort. He is always involved in our lives and He longs for a personal relationship with us. Throughout the Bible we see many people that God had relationships with and who He spoke to and encouraged daily. Amos 4:13 shows us that God reveals His thoughts to man, this is just another verse to show us that God is involved in our lives when we allow Him to be.
