Chet Craig is the manager of the Norris Company’s central plant. He had worked hard but not fulfilled his responsibilities as an executive. On a typical day, he arrived at the plant and problems arose one after another. Chet was busy solving all the problems but he did not have time to work on the project which he thought was the most important. He had devoted himself to the company which caused him work-life imbalance and yet not achieved any goal that he planned.

Arranging people to temporary work at a different department.
Chet was scheduling for the deliveries and adjusted changes.
Time management:
Chet has to work at night with his own time.
Chet does not have enough time to spend with his family.
No progress on creative projects.
Two plant tour a day.
Lack of communication:
Al needs Chet’s help to get replacement for the absent worker.
Marilyn needs Chet’s help to get replacement for a clerical operator whose was sick.
Stockroom supervisor called to inform stock of certain items was low. And then the stockroom supervisor called again to advise paper stock had arrived. Chet made phone calls to inform the concerns to related department from the stockroom supervisor.
