Ans. I’m an HR Officer and my responsibilities are: * Monitor daily attendance * Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates. * Develop and maintain HR Database * Hunting Human Resources * Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment * Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions * Schedule and organize interviews * Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. * Salary and compensation * Executing given HR processes of department * Support in Training & Development * Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labour standards and Fair Practice Act * Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices * Perform other HR related duties when required

The head office of Taj Corporation is in Rohri Distt: Sukkur. The other sites (Fuel Stations) and restaurants are throughout Sindh and Punjab.
