P3- Describe current patterns of ill health and how they are monitored.
Look at two different areas in the UK- one from the north- one from the south compare the two.
Use graphs
Look at statistics- how they are collected and used
Different types of reports and the criteria used for measuring health
Include definitions of mortality, morbidity, epidemiology and the indicators of health
P4- Explain the main factors affecting current patterns of health in the UK.
Put information into a table
Area, lack of work, unhealthy eating, house prices, environmental factors, lifestyle
Choose 2 and state how it effects health
Create a table with factor, definition, example and effect as headings, table should include socio-economic, environmental, genetic and lifestyle
