P3- Describe current patterns of ill health and how they are monitored.
Look at two different areas in the UK- one from the north- one from the south compare the two.
Use graphs
Look at statistics- how they are collected and used
Different types of reports and the criteria used for measuring health
Include definitions of mortality, morbidity, epidemiology and the indicators of health
P4- Explain the main factors affecting current patterns of health in the UK.
Put information into a table
Area, lack of work, unhealthy eating, house prices, environmental factors, lifestyle
Choose 2 and state how it effects health
Create a table with factor, definition, example and effect as headings, table should include socio-economic, environmental, genetic and lifestyle
M2- Discuss the factors likely to influence current and future patterns of health in the UK.

Look at both sides to the argument and the conclude Say whether it will increase or decrease in the future

D1- Evaluate the influence of government on factors that contribute to the current patterns of health and illness in the UK.

EG what does the government say on pollution- state strengths and weaknesses and then applying that to health and illness (could still effect people with asthma, there will still be cars on the road
