Soft Skills In The Workplace
I agree that these soft skills are the most looked for in a person that a company is looking about hiring. In my thoughts these six soft skills listed are in the correct order, but I would like to add a couple more like as listed in the paragraphs below.

Time Management, is the ability to plan and control how you spend the hours in your day to effectively accomplish your goals. Poor time management can be related to procrastination, as well as problems with self-control. Skills involved in managing your time include planning for the future, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and

Personal Drive, making things happen and constantly looking for better ways of doing things.

Teamwork, the ability to work confidently within a group.

My reason that I think that these three should be added is that without time management one could finish a project to late or never start at all which would slow down production or stress people out, without drive you would never feel like getting things done, and not being able to work with others makes it hard to for you to complete jobs that requires teamwork.
