Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS Virus)
Causes
The SARS Virus is airborne and can be propelled 90 cm, it can also be deposited on surfaces.
It was first reported in Southern China in November 2002, spread to Taiwan, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Phillipines, Thailand, South Africa and The USA. It lasted until July 2003 and it affected about 8000 people.
Symptoms

Causes
The bacteria is Mycobacterium Tuberculi and has been around for 3000 years. Spores are transmitted thorough droplet infection or by drinking unpasteurised milk and it cannot be transmitted from objects.
