Post Workout Nutrition
Post-workout nutrition is an important part of a successful diet and training regimen. Unfortunately, many trainers and athletes do not realize the importance of this nutrition. Basically, it is very important that they need to realize its significance on providing the best results whether it is weight loss or body building.

During certain routing exercise training the body breaks down the glycogen. Primarily, glycogen is a sugar molecules from the food we eat and protein as well as fat too. Glycogen is the most available and willing to fuel our body the energy that we need to perform the exercise effectively. When our training exercise increases, the level of glycogen lessens dramatically and our body switches to fat and protein to fuel us with energy. As a result, we can break down the muscle before we can actually break the fat effectively.

Protein is also known on providing amino acids that reconstructs the damaged muscle tissue after a tough training session. The ideal source of protein for your post workout nutrition is whey protein, but if they aren't available you can try other source of protein as well. The quantity of protein that you need in your workout meal usually varies.

Getting an adequate amount of fluids is also very important after training. There are some people who sweat a lot and others don't sweat that much. Water is important because it replenishes and refreshes your body effectively. Some of the fruits that can miraculously provide you incredible solution for your post-workout nutrition are watermelon, pears, apples and ripe bananas.

Lastly, research show that after working out, the body require significant amount of essential amino acids, which could be found in most foods rich in proteins, it is better to have a full meal such as vegetables & cashew with teriyaki sauce as well as a bowl of brown rice together with
