Self-awareness is the capacity for introspection and the ability to recognize oneself as an individual separate from the environment and other individuals.

Sensitive line simply means a line sensitive to the piece and occasion Emotional Intelligence - Understanding your own emotions and those of others, and being able to use this information to bring about the best outcome for all concerned. Knowing where emotions come from and being able to manage yours and those of others. Knowing what emotions mean; what information they are giving you. Being able to work well with others as well as alone. Being able to combine cognitive knowledge with emotional knowledge and use them in tandem. Cognitive Intelligence - Intellectual abilities such as logic, reason, reading, writing, analyzing and prioritizing. These go on in your own head and utilize only the neocortez, not the emotional centers of the brain. These do not involve any people skills per se, i.e., you can solve a math equation by yourself, or write an essay by yourself.

Definition: Core values are traits or qualities that you consider not just worthwhile, they represent an individual's or organization's highest priorities


per·son·al·i·ty somebody's set of characteristics: the totality of somebody's attitudes, interests, behavioral patterns, emotional responses, social roles, and other individual traits that endure over long periods of time.


Stages of StressWhen you are under stress, you experience and pass through three specific stages.

Locus of control refers to a person's perception of control or responsibility for his own life and actions. People who view the world as the primary contributor to their life situations and believe forces outside of themselves are responsible for their misfortunes or success subscribe to an exterior locus of control. Those who view their life and destiny as a result of their own doing subscribe to an interior locus of control.

These stages are Alarm, Resistance, and Exhaustion. However, you may or may not pass through all stages of stress, depending on the events that triggered the occurence. URGENT=SHORT TERM , IMPORTANT=LONG TERM

Encounter stress occurs, if you worry about interacting with some persons or a group of people. You may experience encounter stress
Stephen Richards Covey (October 24, 1932 – July 16, 2012) was an American educator, author, businessman, and keynote speaker. His most popular book was The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. His other books include First Things First, Principle-Centered Leadership, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Families, The 8th Habit, and The Leader In Me — How Schools and Parents Around the World Are Inspiring Greatness, One Child at a Time. He was a professor at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University at the time of his death. The emotional units that Covey speaks of are centered around trust. When we make emotional deposits into someone's bank account, their fondness, trust, and confidence in us grows. And as a result our relationship develops and grows. If we can keep a positive reserve in our relationships, by making regular deposits, there will be greater tolerance for our mistakes and we'll enjoy open communication with that person. On the contrary, when we make withdrawals and our balance becomes low or even overdrawn, bitterness, mistrust and discord develops. If we are to salvage the relationship, we must make a conscious effort to make regular deposits.
