Manila-Tagaytay Tour
Reaction Paper
(BSBA MANILA-TAGAYTAY TOUR)

“It doesn’t matter where you go, what matters is what learning you will gain from that place and what adventure could you do to make it another one memorable chapter of your life, together with the people you are with and the experiences that you will have.”

Great Fun! Friendship! Expectations! Smiles! Excitement! These were the words that best describe our 3 days tour. Fact, more words could describe what we had in Manila and Tagaytay but these were the distinguished words that my mind could speak out. Let me have the sequence of experiences and my reactions to the tour we had. Well let see. My classmates were so excited when we meet at school. They were rushing to put themselves in the shuttle (including me). It’s like we are about to escape from the cage of school work. Yeah, most of us believe that having this tour will free us from unending school requirements. First day, we went to our first destination. Welcome Manila! Welcome fun! Welcome new learning! Yummy! That was the first reaction I had when we are about to enter to our first company tour. Chowking. Deliciously fun for I am thinking of food itself. Sanitation is quiet good but somehow it needs an improvement, I guess in terms of their production facilities. Money, money, money… Next destination, BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas). On this tour, I was expecting that we are going to see how they create money but sad to say, it was just a gallery about money. Still, I was amazed seeing different kinds of money starting from early time up to the present. We saw money that were used for barter exchange during ancient times and the world’s biggest paper money value but then again, sad part is, we were not able to take pictures of it for we are not allowed to do so.
Star City! But nah nah nah.. It’s not a company tour, obviously. It was just a side trip. It was fun. Tiring but definitely fun. Should I tell more reactions on this part? No need

Individuals choose not to go on adventures due to the fact they have witnessed, experienced, or sometimes even had that gut feeling of fear of the unknown. In the short story “Eveline” by James Joyce and in the poem “Sadie and Maud” by Gwendolyn Brooks, fear of the unknown and life’s happenings ruined certain individual’s life altering adventure. My own experience as a young adult immediately succeeding high school, debating on whether or not to move away for college has taught me that life is too short to turn down an adventure. Even if I am afraid of the unknown, I’d rather suffer the consequences than to regret my prior decisions for the rest of my life.…

The last test off a unit in school, the longest family trip of your life, a breakup, and an exam. These experiences when compared don’t seem to have much in common or at least that’s what one one would think at first. But we too often forget the most important part about these destinations. The values, lessons, and ideals they’ve taught us. Even the most painful and mentally draining draining adventure have taught us lessons. And that’s what makes a journey more important than your destination. When you truly experience it and take advantage of the lessons it’s teaching you in the moment.…

The next morning we awoke early to escape the long lines of people at Epcot. The first ride that my family and I rode was Space Ship Earth. It was a gentle ride that took us from the time of cavemen to future centuries. Next, we toured the Living Seas. There were models of historical driving equipment in the queue area. There were also large aquariums filled with exotic tropical fish and amazing sea plants. We had worked up and appetite from all of the exhibits, so we decided to eat at the Coral Reef Restaurant. After lunch we began touring all of the countries on display such as France, Morocco, China, and many more. Finally to end the night, there was a brilliant laser light and fireworks show. Epcot was definitely a place to be remembered.…

We had all travelled, for the past two days, in a mini bus from Canada to America. My aunt recommended us to go to America on a tour, as we could see far more attractions than that in Canada. The bus had a very warm and pleasant mood as we had seen enjoyed our short but pleasant, trip thoroughly. From the Empire State Building to the Statue of Liberty we not only had the pleasure of seeing some of the greatest tourist attractions in the world but also spending time who began as strangers but now very close friends.…

"You have to tell us all about your trip!" My mom said with extreme enthusiasm, and I nodded so excited to tell them about all I had learned, about the new friends I met, and told them how I was going to take them there one day. That trip affected me greatly, making me more independent and more knowledgeable on how to take care of myself. Despite my first thoughts on traveling alone, I would do it all again in a single…

One thing is for certain, we only serve to gain from our travels. Two paths await you when you travel. You can leave behind all the comforts of home and set off for a sheltered location that provides all the same comforts available to you at home. Or you can take the second route. Shed your lifestyle, customs, and certainties and escape into a new world that you can fully embrace. Trust me, the second path is always more fulfilling, plus the stories you come home with will be even better than any spa retreat could ever serve up. Travel should be something you learn from as much as to enjoy. Anyone can travel, but smart travelers will approach everything with an open mind and heart that allows them to see the real beauty in the places they set out to explore. Here are some of my favorite travel quotes to get you thinking differently about the way you travel. On Why You Should Travel Experience travel, these are as education in themselves. Euripides He who does not travel does not know the value of men. Moorish Proverb Wandering re-establishes the original harmony which once existed between man and the universe. Anatole France The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page. St. Augustine Motivation To Go Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds. Explore. Dream. Discover. Mark Twain Adventure is worthwhile in itself. Amelia Earhart Only those who will…
