Managing Performance in workplace to attain optimum productivity in the New Millennium

The demand of HRM or Human Resource Management in General Santos City this year is high. In applying a certain Job in a specific organization we must wear proper attire and look. It is important to a hiring officer to observe the applicant to their attitude because as what Ma’am Tolimao, the president of Human Resource in whole socsargen said that your attitude determines your altitude. Your skills, knowledge and attitude are the main ingredient in applying a certain job.

We often get so caught up in our daily work routine that we forget about our purpose in an organization. Individual performance drives organizational performance. It is important to ensure everyone understands this agency’s vision and goals, how their work fits in to the organization, and how they contribute to our mission accomplishment. Doing this increases engagement and improves our program delivery.

Your employees are an integral and indispensable part of running your business smoothly and efficiently. That's why, keeping in mind the crucial role of your employees, a recent trend known as Performance Management has come into practice. Using performance management, you can ensure that your employees not only fulfil their responsibilities, but do so to the best of their abilities and up to your expectations.

Performance management allows you to tap the full potential of your staff. In short, it can be described as a comprehensive process starting from monitoring and developing the desired traits to rating their progress and rewarding them for their achievements.
