I value the importance of human relations because it will help to work accurately and no excuses. Human relations is very important to the people who work in cruise ships because there are a lot of nationalities working on board and you need to have a good relationship to them. If you have good relationships to them you will gain a respect to them and you need to respect them to respect you as a people. Good human relations give you a good teamwork in your job if you have a good teamwork you will have a good working strategy and you can work as a team even if you have different nationalities onboard. Relationships between employees and management are of substantial value in any workplace. Understanding some of the the ways that human relations can impact the costs, competitiveness and long-term economic sustainability of a business helps to underscore their importance. Loving your employees or co worker can help you to boost your working day and having a good day because of good human relation to your co worker and employees. Other nationalities has other culture about how they react to the people around them. You need to respect them and treat them equally no matter what their color and nationalities and they will treat you how you treat them. There are positive or good sides to very good relationships to your co workers or employees even if they are other nationalities just be good to each of one of your co worker so you can work as a one or as a team. You gonna work very nice workplace and you can do your job actively.
