In the military there lots of culture diversity which makes the United States armed forces very strong. Firstly, culture diversity education is important in the workplace because it help us to respect each other and respect each other's beliefs. Respecting each other's ideas in inputs can bring forth a positive outcome in the workplace and in the work that is being performed. Being in the military I work with a lot of different culture beliefs and as I get to know them more I learn more. We respect each other difference and culture in the military. Everybody wants respect or to be treated like they would treat their selves. When you have a company full out diversity everyone needs to have respect for each other's beliefs and culture difference.
