Being on healthy diet is something hard to stay on it for a long time beacause you miss the, taste the smell and the joy of junk food also known as fast food. Many of us found fast food is more delicious than healthy food while few people found healthy is more delicious than fast food. World Health Organization made statistics about how many of people causing overweight problems. 65% of the world's population live in countries where overweight and more than 40 million children under the age of five were overweight due to unhealthy diet, eating junk food or fast food and lack of exercise. Fast food can cause bad affects on your health such as diabetes, heart disease and arthritis. Fast food nutrition also contains bad effects on your body like fast food can effect your energy levels as it doesn't contain the nutrients your body needs, Junk Food Contributes to Poor Performance and Obesity as it contains large amout of fat, fast food can also damage your haert and your liver as fast food contains high levels of fat and sodium which can contribute in heart diseases it aslo contains high levels of trans fatty acids which leads to fatty liver deposits. All of that bad effects still billions of people all around the world are eating fast food which Pose a threats on humans.
Eating a healthy food full of fruits and vegetables keeps your body healthy. Healthy diet not only offers your body the energy and nutrition that that it needs, but offers several health benefits such as it reduce the risk of heart diseases and of developing kidney stones, it protect against certain cancers and it helps in decreasing bone lossing. Healthy food helps to shape your body as fruits and vegetables
