MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT IS ENTERED INTO BY AND BETWEEN:
FCN POWER INVESTMENTS UK LTD. represented herein by its President & CEO MR. RICARDO E. MERCANO JR. a holder of Philippine Passport No. XX4646693 with address as Blk 6, Lot 5 Philips North Point Park, P. dela Cruz San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City, representing self and associates as, holder and custodian of U.S. Historical assets, Monetary Instruments, bonds, notes and certificates contained in Wells Fargo, J.P. Morgan and Treaty of Versailles hereinafter referred to as the Owner/ Holder.

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the OWNER/HOLDER has in his possession and complete control, as Owner and Holder, certain items and commodities known as U.S. Historical Assets, Monetary Instruments, Notes and certificates more specifically described in Attachment “A”, “B”, “C” , “D”, “E”, “F” to this Agreement with digital photos and inventory which can be made available to the Fed-Authorized Repatriation Foundation for verification , inspection and authentication.
WHEREAS, The Foundation possesses well recognized expertise in the Redemption/Recovery of US Historical Assets and Artifacts, for purposes of capital enhancement, funding of development and humanitarian projects and for serving lifestyle and quality of life objectives.
WHEREAS, the OWNER/HOLDER desires to avail of the services and expertise of the Foundation in having the assets above described properly verified and authenticated, and the Foundation is likewise desirous of
