Assignment 2

French-EZE Quik Lube is a American small business that caters to the needs of every motor driven vehicle owner in the World. Our goal is to deliver world class customer service to our oil change and preventative maintenance customers. Motor oil is the primary lubricant that we will provide; also providing brake fluid, power steering fluid, and transmissions fluid service to our customers. Our objective is to provide this service to everyone and all of their vehicles. We will provide service for cars, boats, motorcycles, campers/RV’s, 18 wheelers. Our slogan is, “We Do It All.” In addition, to oil changing we provide one-stop shop for other car care needs. We provide, care services such as a car washing, a vehicle detailing station, paint and body service for the interior and exterior of your vehicle.

Our goal is to focus on the community, providing service to our single mothers, the elderly, and our teachers. Hero’s like our community protectors, the police officer, firefighter and our men and women in the armed service. All groups would receive a 10% discount every day of the week. We want to thank these brave and outstanding groups for the continued sacrifices daily.

Standing out from the other companies that are in our line of business would be a marketing strategy that we pride ourselves in. Our colors of course will be red, white, and blue to represent the United States colors. Our trademark sign reflects our outstanding service, the shape and design is unique. When we ship our products from our warehouses to our stores, the packaging will provide protection to the products.

There are approximately 1 billion automobile owners in world. (Huffington 2014) The number of cars on the world 's roads surpassed one billion in 2014, according to a study that has spurred debate on what the rapidly-growing car
