Now I’m working in an international company. My colleagues are come from Italy, France, India, Singapore and China, all we are using unity language “English” for communicate/discuss/meeting or conference. If all of us are using our own language, it will be a big trouble. Why? We cannot communicate with each other. All projects cannot be operated. Although we can use body language, but it’s too limit, inefficient and always got wrong signal from others. We also will have external influences because we can’t communicate with new customer from different countries. Company cannot be develop and also missing comparative advantage. Among in UK supermarket chain market, there are "big four", Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons. We need a perfect plan to expand Mannings step by step.

Recommendation
First, we need to pair up with some partners in UK to test the market of Asia health products with cheaper prices. We can reduce the cost of opening new shops.

Secondly, we focus on Traditional Chinese medicine because many foreigners are interested in Chinese Medicine.

Thirdly, we use blue and white color for our product packaging. Traditional Chinese products have a positive influence because blue shows trust and conservatism and white shows medical treatment to people.

Fourthly, we need to train some salesmen to know more about Chinese culture. Knowledge is a key success point in selling our products.

Finally, we can invite The University of Northampton to do some research on Manning's Chinese medicine. That will make it easier to get advice and suggestion of our products and also learn the opinions at UK's customers.
