MARKET STUDY

Marketing is a system of business activities designed to plan, price, and promote and distribute want-satisfying goods and services to present and potential customers. It isconsidered as the lifeblood of every business transactions because it is a strategic way on how to cope up to the needs and wants of the costumers, finding opportunities regarding it,introduce and market the product, achieve customer’s loyalty and patronage.  This aspect includes the following topics: demands, supply, demand and supply analysis, marketing mix, factors affecting the market and the SWOTanalysis. The objective of the proposed project is to delight the customers, not just by meetingtheir expectation but rather exceeding and going extra mile. Moreover, it’s about profitability.Marketing aspect serves as the basis of the financial section through the projected demand. There can be no discussion of profitability or of the other aspects of the study; if in the first place, there is no demand or market. Every business is practically aspiring for productivitybut practically in order to grow and last in the business world the first thing to take into consideration is the target market. Customers are the key factors of every business in order to achieve the objectives of the organizations. Identifying the market opportunities and selecting the right market are both important in putting up a business. Knowing the company customer’s demand and supplying them the right products at reasonable prices.

Big Smile’sCaféis a house designed to offer a products likefrappe, hot beverages, milk teas, cupcakes, and other snacks like fries, nachos, and popcorn;a place to dream of as you try to escape the daily stresses of life and just a comfortable place to meet your friends or to read a book and magazines. The business also provides customers the ability to drive up and order their own choice of drink. A frappe is a kind of frozen drink mixture frozen mush to be served as a dessert, appetizer or to relish. It is a thick milk shake containing ice cream, milk shake, fruity drink of milk, flavoring and sometimes fruit. The menu includes some kind of frappe like pumpkin pie frappe, caramel cappuccino frappe, cappuccino frappe, Chocó chip frappe, vanilla cappuccino frappe, caramel apple frappe, peanut butter cappuccino frappe, raspberry truffle cappuccino frappe, green tea frappe.

A milk tea is a tea mixed with milk. The business offer milk teas like winter melon milk tea, strawberry milk tea, black forest milk tea, watermelon milk tea, caramel milk tea, mocha milk tea, original pearl milk tea and cookies and cream milk tea. A cupcake is usually a small cake design to serve one personwhich may be baked in a small thin paper or aluminum cup as with larger cakes, icing and other cake decorations, such as sprinkles may be applied. Cupcakes flavors include carrot cupcake, red velvet cupcake, blueberry cupcake, chocolate cupcake, banana cupcake and Oreo cupcake. The proposed project also offers hot beverages which have a different flavor like café latte, brewed coffee, hot chocolates, and others snacks like fries, nachos, and popcorn.

DEMAND ANALYSIS

Demand is the source of many useful insights for business decision making. The success and failure of business firms depend primarily on its ability to generate resources by satisfying the demand of consumers. The carefully study of potential market and determining its potential demand are the first step in determining the market opportunities of the business. Defining the demand of the product within the wider consumer market is an important. It will help business to develop effective strategies to promote and sell the product to as many potential customers as possible.
