2.1 Management and Personnel Feasibility
The project will contain the following roles:
Oversee all other executives and staff within the organization. Meet with board of directors and other executives to determine if company is in accordance with goals and policies. Direct the organization's financial goals, objectives, and budgets. Implement the organization's guidelines on a day-to-day basis. Hire, train, and terminate employees.
Develop and implement strategies and set the overall direction of a certain area of the company or organization. Oversee the investment of funds and manage associated risks, supervise cash management activities, execute capital-raising strategies to support a firm's expansion, and deal with mergers and acquisitions. Develop and maintain relationships with other associations, industry, and government officials that are in the best interest of the company. Direct staff, including organizational structure, professional development, motivation, performance evaluation, discipline, compensation, personnel policies, and procedures. Job Specifications
Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Knowledge of public relations principles and practices. Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of government and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting and ten years of experience in a leadership role for a large division or company. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel. Salary
President’s monthly salary is a measly P60, 000, considering his great responsibilities, and the hazard of the job, especially the threat to his life by the bad elements. * Vice President Administration
The VP Administration is responsible for directing all of the administrative functions of the corporation in accordance with industry standards, where applicable, regulatory agencies, as appropriate and company objectives and policies. Participate in the development of the corporation's plans and programs as a tactical partner in evaluating and advising on the impact of long-range planning and regulatory action on the areas of responsibility. Develop credibility for the administration group by providing timely and accurate analyses of budgets, project proposals and business trends in the multiple administrative areas in order to assist the CEO/President and the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities. Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
