Corporate at Bosch
1) The corporate philosophy:
The corporate overall at Bosch is advanced. They are advance in developing the process of training which leads to place the expatriate to two years of training at least. Advancing Kazakhstan's nationals should be a first priority for the development center because it plays a major role. The preparation the discussion on admission to manager development plan and for employees to next stage of level in management for employees is such a great process of bringing the employees to the next management level in no more than a specific time however there is a lack of looking for the qualified ones that actually graduated from good schools and ready to take a role right away. I believe it is great to be directed towards self development of their employees which automatically improve the work line.

2) Scan Environmental and conditions: Kazakhstan as a country has its own condtions and environement that its hard to adopt the business word to it, therefore there should be a business plan on how to adopt the business into Kazakhstans environment and conditions. Keeping in mind that Kazakhstan is a poor country, the high unemployment rate and the poor education system they have unable them to find some qualified talent for managerial or supervisory career tracks or initial placement. This is affecting it as a country overall. Adopting the EMP plan would be such a helpful procedures to take the country to the next step of development.

3) Evaluate Corporate strengths and constraints :
Whats needed to freater lical control and allowing talented workers in the counrty to better serve the country's econnimically and in every possible way is establishment procedures for recognizing staff with the ability for the placement for expatriate and managerial and supervisorty development. This will bring up some talented and well knowledged workers to the country with limiting the hiring of the German ofcourse.
